Musical History of Fort Mill by Mignon Ballard Directed by Jack Stevenson The play opens as a group of Fort Mill men congregate on the bandstand and talk of the early days of the town. Their tales lead us from the mid-1760s when the Catawbas welcomed the first European settler, Thomas Kanawha Spratt, to the fight for independence and more recent history, including the Fort Mill of today.
